The Association of Objective Journalists, Inc. (AOJ) project is an entrepreneurial endeavor I took on with my family in 2016. Throughout this project, I learned the inner workings of a business and went through the process of incorporating a business. I was part of the board of directors and the executive team. As a member of the board of directors, I developed the long-term plans and goals for AOJ. As a member of the executive team, I helped make these long-term plans come to life by executing the day-to-day tasks of publishing articles, maintaining the website, and advertising on social media. As I became more engrossed in my academic endeavors and my parents more focused on their work, we decided to stop running AOJ in early 2021.
